We believe it is our individual and collective duty to create an inclusive environment for everyone to experience dance. From the lessons we teach, to the social dances we put on and take part in we want everyone to be welcome and have a voice.

Core beliefs
- We believe that everyone has the right to dance; regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental ability, physical appearance, body size, or religion (or lack thereof).*

- We believe that everyone deserves the right to feel safe and accepted in both a learning and social setting.
- We believe that we should treat ourselves and each other with care and respect.
- We believe in encouraging innovation and that learning never ends.
- We believe true leadership is delivered by example with passion and authenticity.
- We believe that social responsibility is also our responsibility.
